### 1. **Admission Policy**

* Admission is granted based on the school’s eligibility criteria, availability of seats, and successful completion of the admission process.

* Submission of false or misleading documents may lead to cancellation of admission without refund.

* The fee structure is reviewed annually and is subject to change.

* Fees must be paid on or before the due dates specified in the fee schedule.

* Late payment of fees may attract a fine or lead to suspension of the student from attending classes.

* Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special circumstances approved by the management.

### 3. **Attendance and Discipline**

* Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% in each academic term.

* Repeated absenteeism without valid reason may result in disciplinary action.

* The school expects all students to maintain proper discipline, follow the code of conduct, and respect teachers, staff, and peers.

* Acts of bullying, vandalism, cheating, or misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion.

### 4. **Uniform and Appearance**

* Students must wear the prescribed school uniform and maintain neat grooming as per school guidelines.

* Failure to follow dress code rules may result in disciplinary action.

### 5. **Academic Expectations**

* Students are expected to complete assignments, homework, and exams honestly and on time.

* Promotion to the next grade is based on academic performance, attendance, and overall behavior.

### 6. **Parental Involvement**

* Parents/guardians are expected to attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings and stay updated on their child’s progress.

* Any changes in address or contact information must be promptly reported to the school office.

### 7. **Use of School Property**

* Students must take care of school property. Any damage caused will have to be compensated by the student/guardian.

* Personal electronic devices are not allowed unless explicitly permitted.

### 8. **Health and Safety**

* Parents must inform the school of any medical condition or allergy affecting the student.

* The school follows safety guidelines and first aid procedures but is not liable for injuries caused by unforeseen accidents.

### 9. **Transportation (If Provided)**

* Bus service is optional and provided based on routes and availability.

* Misbehavior in the school transport may lead to cancellation of transport privileges.

### 10. **Photography and Media**

* The school may use photographs/videos of students for promotional and academic purposes unless the parent opts out in writing.

### 11. **Termination of Admission**

* The school reserves the right to cancel a student’s admission for reasons including but not limited to: non-payment of fees, gross indiscipline, or submission of fraudulent documents.
