1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
In original packaging with all tags and manuals
Accompanied by a valid original invoice
Excluded items:
Custom items (e.g., student name-embroidered uniforms) cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Return Process
Email us at anchalikseniorsecondaryschool@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return shipping instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery—in which case, the cost will be covered by us.
4. Inspection & Approval
Returned items undergo inspection upon receipt. Approval is based on product condition.
5. Refund Options
Full refund: Original payment method
Exchange: Available if stock allows
Refund timeframe: processed within 10 business days after item approval.
Shipping costs (standard or both ways) are non-refundable.
6. Partial Refund & Restocking Fees
If returned items are not in resalable condition, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds usually take 7–10 business days to reflect.
For delays, check with your bank/gateway, then inform us if still pending after 15 days.
Pre-shipment cancellations: Allowed up to dispatch time—full refund issued.
Post-dispatch cancellations: Cannot be canceled once dispatched; please process as a return upon delivery.
