Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Scope & Availability
We ship school merchandise (uniforms, books, stationery) within Assam, including Assam.
Local delivery (Bongaigaon district): items typically delivered in 2–3 business days.
Outstation delivery: shipments may take 5–10 business days, depending on courier services.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and Assam public holidays).

• You'll receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS, featuring tracking details.

3. Courier Options & Charges

• Standard delivery: ₹60 flat per order.

• Express delivery: ₹120; delivers in 2–3 days if shipping nationwide.

• Free standard shipping for orders above ₹750.

4. Delivery Issues
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at anchalikseniorsecondaryschool@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery. We'll support you in filing a claim with the courier.
